Dad Drinks Rub Alcohol and Daughter Goes Mad
Am having a tough time writing my memoirs about growing up in Mormon Utah with an alcoholic parent. Unpleasant facts about parents are to be suppressed in memoirs so there is a lot of disapproval of revealing the horrors of alcoholism. Even if you are not a member relatives who are can attack you quite savagely. Some don’t even mention parents drank in their memoirs!
