Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Induced by Social Anxiety?

Question by abc: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder induced by Social Anxiety?
So let’s say you have social anxiety. With that, you feel as if you make a fool out of yourself every time you open your mouth, and that you feel this way so much that “embarrassing moments,” even the slightest possible thing, haunts you forever. Even… saying something you think was stupid in a class. Now let’s also say the times these things pop up in your head they “immobilize” you. That you’ll just tense up, not be able to concentrate, only be focused on that one “embarrassing moment” in the past, and how much of a fool you think you made of yourself. Just this “rush of immobilizing stress” over one particular, sometimes dozens, of “embarrassing memories.” Sometimes the memories are of recent things, and sometimes they’re of things years in the past. If you were to have this, could you have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder induced by social anxiety? If not, is this just… a sign the person’s crazy, or something? Or is this normal?
