Over the years, Freedom’s Door has successfully organized a number of fundraising activities in order to meet their growing needs in the Okanagan Valley.
By participating in their fundraising dinners, you are making a difference and aiding Freedom’s Door to help those men who want to overcome alcohol, drug and substance abuse.
Every year, men who seek the hope of a better life, free from addiction, turn to Freedom’s Door in order to overcome their drug and alcohol addiction problems.
In order to successfully continue their humanitarian work, they need you to give generously to Freedom’s Door annual fundraising dinner on March 4, 2010.
The goal for the dinner is to make people aware of the work being done by Freedom’s Door and to raise funds for the continuing expansion and improvements to the organization.
In 2008-2009, the annual fundraising dinner raised many dollars needed! They would like to thank all their donors for the help at Freedom’s Door in its fight to defeat drug and alcohol addiction.
The funds raised for programs and services that not only improve and benefit the lives of these people but it has a rippling effects. Families and communities also are affected by the positive outcomes of drug rehabilitation.

A little about Freedom’s Door.
Freedom’s Door is in Kelowna offering Hope, Healing and Wholeness for Men with Addictions.
Freedom’s Door is a non-profit registered society that uses the Twelve Step program and Christian principles to rehabilitate men struggling with alcoholism and drug addiction in the Okanagan Valley and Kelowna, BC area.
The Freedom’s Door program gives men the strength and faith they need to overcome their addictions and enables them to find a stable, fulfilling future as positive, contributing members of society. During the program, participants live in one of the four safe, clean, encouraging homes operated by Freedom’s Door.
Their quest is to help addicts find freedom under God to grow in His likeness and image.
Addiction is not a hopeless condition from which there is no recovery. Freedom’s Door believe that an addict, any addict, can stop using drugs, lose the desire to use, and find a new way to live.
