“Alcoholics” Attacked by Hypocrites?
Question by MXS: “Alcoholics” attacked by hypocrites?
I like to drink my fair share of alcohol, and I am surrounded by some people who like to attack my “bad habit”…all the while they overeat (ice cream, candy, fast food etc) or overindulge in another bad habit (too much sex, work, etc…).
I for one am tired of hypocrites trying to knock me down for drinking “too much” while these same people overindulge in their own, more currently acceptable habit.
Americans can eat themselves to death practically without anyone turning a head, but the second one drinks “in excess,” is the point one is demonized!
Our values are in disarray! Americans are “okay” if they are 5’10” 300 pounds but NOT okay if they drink more than the average person!
Someone please help me…
