Symptoms to Diagnosis: How Do I Ask My Psychologist What’s Wrong With Me?
Question by Wanderlust: How do I ask my psychologist what’s wrong with me?
I need to know. It takes over my thoughts alot. I have something mentally wrong with me and it could be like 10 different things. I want to know for sure what it is. I haven’t asked much about it to her before because I’m sort of self concious and I’m afraid of what she’ll think of me asking or say. Any advice???

be blunt and honest. Tell her that you don’t want to ask…but are curious. I will guarantee that the psychologist won’t be surprised (or at least act surprised).
