It depends on the Moon and Mars in the person’s chart.
NOT on their Sun sign (what is called the “zodiac sign”, the one found using month and day of birth, is actually the Sun sign).

For Moon and Mars, you need to look at the signs they are in, the houses they are in, and – most importantly! – the aspects (distances) they make with any of the other “planets” in the chart.

If all you look at is the Sun sign, it won’t give you any information that is useful or accurate.

Furthermore, how a person reacts if you insult their family depends on how strongly they identify with their family. This might be shown in the birth chart, but it also is largely a factor of the family’s cultural background … some cultures emphasize family ties and some emphasize individuality.
