I’ve been going through a LOT lately (really bad break up ending up in Him cheating on me and my uncle just dying) and someone told me I had “emotional abuse” from my ex-boyfriend. What’s that? Also, someone said your going through “emotional abuse” by dealing with my uncle dying and everything.
How can I tell if I have emotional abuse? And what are symptoms? Lastly, how can I make myself not have emotional abuse, or at least cope with it?

i have a similar situation, my bf cheated and lied to me and now my grand pa is in the hospital, it just takes time to let it go and cope with it, life goes on and as time goes by the pain will go aways it just takes time ..
