I know there’s no judging whether or not which disorder would actually be considered worse, but in your opinion which produces the more intense symptoms? Which would be considered more dangerous for both the sufferer and for the people around them?

A lot of paranoid schizophrenia often produced hallucinations that can at times be voices or people telling a person to hurt themselves or others. So they can at times be dangerous to others.
