I’ve already been to my gyn, took a blood test and it said negative. I took a million home pregnancy tests also and they all said negative. I basically started researching symptoms of pregnancy while on birth control pills and freaked myself out. The last time I had sex was three months ago (Feb 2012), in the second week of my second pill pack. My doctor said it almost definitely would have shown up by now on a blood test. I do believe it would have shown up on a blood test by 3 months pregnant, starting the second trimester. I decided to go off the pill because I didn’t like it. I think I have ovulated, but I’m not entirely sure. I believe I used to experience these symptoms right before my period too. Do you think PMS symptoms could just be enhanced because it is my first month being off the pill in a few months? My nipples hurt and my boobs are starting to and I do feel like I could be creeping up to my period, but I haven’t had my regular menstrual in a few months, as I was on birth control, so I had the “withdrawal” period every month. I have not missed a period while on the pill, but I read that you could and still be pregnant. Generally, all signs point to not pregnant, but I’m just so ridiculously engulfed in this idea. I really don’t think I am, but I’ve become so crazed, I just don’t know how to stop.

It just sounds like going on the pill then off it has messed with your body and making you go through some changes. It should settle down. So relax. or try to anyway. Our bodies can be really strange and mess with our heads at times
