Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano initiates the Too Good for Drugs program. This is an anti- drug program targeted at children from kindergarten to high school to help prevent heroin abuse.This was done in collaboration with the Nassau County Police Department and the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence.
