I am using blogger.com for my blogs and it is time to add meta tags. I tried the below and I kept getting a message from blogger that the changes to the template could not be saved because they were not parsed correctly. What does parsed mean? What is wrong with this code? Can you give me directions on how to correct the code so blogger.com will accept it?

this one is wrong…it’s missing a closing “>”
