introduction

We heard a lot about stress .It’s seems to be everywhere: at work, at home in our relationship and even at school.But we don’t know how the stress can affect on our lives or how it’s works(ing).
Stress can be as well a flail as an reaction of our natural instinct.
Animals need that same stress to prevent them from any danger, predators or natural disaster.
Animals have a good use of their stress/ well use their stress by instinct.We did, also had the same use as them once before.But now, we don’t need it for the same circumstances as in the past.Our society have develop an other kind of stress, he is becoming stronger and is effects, erstwhile consider as another sense/ an ally, is now a dreadful enemy .
Stress is coming from two different connections in our brain, one that prevent use again danger and make us react and another one that relieve the reaction. When the one that relieve the ration, can’t handle/ bear the pressure that provide from the first one – it provokes what we generally call “stress”.When need stress it’s a proof that we are alive!It’s become a problem when we don’t know how to control it.

the effects of/ that has the bad stress.

Stress comes from many different things: doubt about a situation, assure security for his/ her family and himself means-employment, overload, anxiety….
it can be as worse as it is for us as for our friends/ family circle.
Because you way to act is different, unpleasant and it contagious for the persons who are close to you, they ‘ll start to feel a certain stress themselves .

Bad stress can be very destructive,you will catch easier virus and becoming more likely to catch a flu.You’ll fancy off relieve yourself with alcohol , cigarettes or coffee, those things will make you even weaker and you ‘ll tend to lose you memories and becoming easier anxious.
If you ignore it too longer and don’t consult a specialist it can get even worse/ worst. After insomnia you woods will change,affecting you daily life and you could develop heart diseases, ulcer or mental troubles/ matters.

how prevent stress and solve it.

That’s why you need to notice the first signs of stress and where are they coming from . Talking about it to someone, who can help you to solve them ,or just simply listen to you.
There is many books, documentaries and specialist’s advise that you can found, ask you general doctor about it and he’ll recommend you the best place to go.
Practice an activity aside you work, sports will particularly help you to switch off/ relax and free your mind.
It’ really important to take it seriously since/ from the very beginning before it’s take too much extent and become irreversible-
