I’m an alcoholic and i cannot hold my alcohol very well, needless to say, my life is crap and I have done so much that I regret and it has cost me alot…don’t tell me to “just stop drinking”…give me practical advice pls.

go to an AA meeting. you can find one in your area on the internet, when you get their talk to the people and tell them its your first meeting. then you made you first step.
